You can ask us to delete your DT Tours account from this page. You do not need to sign in or install the app.

Process
After verification, account data is removed or anonymized as described below.
What is deleted
- Your account name and email are anonymized.
- Your phone number, password and password-reset material are removed.
- Push-notification tokens, CRM activity and preferences, and sign-in handoffs are deleted.
- Deletion at our sign-in identity provider is retried until it is confirmed.
- A legal hold on the account pauses deletion.
What is kept
- Booking, payment, refund and loyalty records are retained. They include transaction contact details and are not deleted immediately.
- Selected records (hotel deposits, subscription orders and loyalty records) are scheduled for cleanup ten calendar years after they were created or earned. Privacy audit records are kept for six years. This does not apply to every record type: eSIM orders and other transaction records have no set automated disposal interval.
- Deleting your account does not cancel reservations or payments, does not issue refunds and does not uninstall any eSIM from your device.
- Chat and search history is not automatically linked to or removed by account deletion; a separate retention routine applies to it.
